If I ever left advertising, I’d love to be an event stylist. Each event felt like I was building personal branding unique to each couple.

In the Philippines, weddings are grand affairs. In every case each hand drawn illustration will live in everything from invitations, souvenirs and projections on ground.

Jerwin & Frances

The couple met via a set up during their high school prom. The theme of their 2007 prom was J.M. Barrie’s Peter Pan in Neverland. Inspired by their couple prom picture, I turned the couple into a animated versions of themselves that was present throughout their wedding. It was in the invitation, thank you cards, menus and more.

Ian & Paolo

The minimalist couple wanted simple branding for their wedding. I surrounded their symbols on wooden glasses that the couple has in common. These were found in their invitations, notes and in merchandise they gave away.

Patricia & James

The Uy-Soriano wedding commissioned me to create branding for their event. I started with their logo, something classic the couple could use forever. Combining the initials of their last name, I formed the β€œUS” symbol surrounded by the flowers they were using on the big day. When the floral detail was removed, the β€œUS” can be simplified as a stamp or for smaller placements.

Apart from their invitations, I also designed their merchandise, menus, placards and more.
